Transliteration

sarvam etad ṛtaṃ manye yan-māṃ vadasi keśava |
na hi te bhagavan vyaktiṃ vidur-devā na dānavāḥ || 14 ||

Translation

O Krishna, I am convinced of all this that You say to Me, verily O Ishwara(O Lord)!, neither the devas(deities) nor danavas(Rakshas) know Your true form.

Purport

Overwhelmed with the emotions to realized that God himself is in front of him, Arjuna enchants the glory of Shri Krishna. Arjuna accepts there is no supreme other truth than what Shri Krishna just revealed to him.
Arjuna also accepts those humans, deities or Davanas are under big delusion to think Shri Krishna as a normal mortal being, In fact, nobody knows the true reality of Shri Krishna to say never know his true form.

Note:
This, in fact, is one of the truths. Shri Krishna remained among people for so long, yet only a few could realize Shri Krishna's true nature, others keep having doubts. Arjuna though not the wisest among all could still get the true nature of Shri Krishna because he was pure at his heart to his strength and his weakness and submitted himself to Shri Krishna having complete trust.
