Purport

In above Shlokas, Bhagvan Shri Krishna explained some of the manifestations, both in living and non-living and behavioral nature. But the fact is that everything living or non-living exists from the potency of Bhagvan Shri Krishna and nothing can exist without him independently. That’s what is explained in this Shloka.

Bhagvan Shri Krishna is the original seed by which every living being exists. Every living is an impression formed of Brahman, one of the two major potencies 1 Bramahan and 2.Maya. As described in Chapter 14, the solemn will of Bhagvan Shri Krishna when planted into Brahman is how the life exists in this universe:

Ch14:Sh3
mama yonir mahad brahma tasmin garbham dadhamy aham
sambhavah sarva-bhutanam tato bhavati bharata

O Bharata! My primeval material is Brahman. In it impregnate and pulsate my solemn promise(my will). Through this, all the creatures come into existence

All souls are formed from Bramhan and exist on it, in the same way, a bubble of water on the ocean. Material elements are formed of another potency, the Maya. The combination of body and soul is what we see a living creature.

In all respect, every living and non-living objects are manifested from Bhagvan Shri Krishna(Shri Vishu)
