Translation

Seeing Your great form, with the multitude of mouths and eyes, with multitude of arms, thighs, and feet, with many torsos and dreadful with many fangs, the world O Mighty armed, trembles and so do I.

Purport

Arjuna further describes what he witnesses the form of Lord Krishna as a destroyer unfolding in front of his eyes. Bhagwan Shri Krishna expands into a multitude of mouths, arms, thighs, and feet. Arjuna sees many having mouth with dreadful fangs.

This strange form looks like it is going to consume everything in front of it. Seeing this terrible form whole world is trembling with fear including Aruna himself. Here is to be noted, the whole world means all those who can witness the form of Bhagwan Shri Krishna. Name of those living beings who could see the universal form of Shri Krishna is mentioned in earlier Shloka. They are Rudras, the Adityas, the Vasus, the Sadhyas, the Vishvedevas, the Ashvins, the Maruts and the Manes, and the hosts of Gandharvas, Yakshas, Asuras, and Siddhas, etc.

Human except for some Rishis and enlightened yogi could not see Shri Krishna’s form and so this description does not apply to them.
