Translation

On seeing You, O Vishnu, touching the highest Heaven, refulgent, multi-colored seeing this form of Yours, my innermost soul trembles in fright and I find myself neither stable nor peaceful.

Purport

The great destructive form of Shri Krishna started unfolding in front of Arjuna. He described in earlier Shloka how living beings including Lord Shiva, Maruts, Ashvins, etc got amazed and many other trembling with fear seeing the great destructive form of Bhagwan Shri Krishna.

In this Shloka Arjuna describes his personal state of mind. He is scared till his innermost and not able to keep himself stable. He is perplexed, he is scared and he is amused.

Also to be noted, The word "Visnnu" used in this verse, signifying Bhagwan Krishna is actually Bhagwan Vishnu in human form. When Shri Krishna started revealing his complete form.  It is Bhagwan Vishnu's complete form.
