वायुर्यमोऽग्निर्वरुणः शशाङ्क: प्रजापतिस्त्वं प्रपितामहश्च।
नमो नमस्तेऽस्तु सहस्रकृत्वः पुनश्च भूयोऽपि नमो नमस्ते ॥
Transliteration
vāyur-yamo’gnir-varuṇaḥ śaśāṅkaḥ prajāpatis-tvaṃ prapitā-mahaśca |
namo namaste’stu sahasra-kṛtvaḥ punaśca bhūyo’pi namo namaste || 39 ||
Translation
You are Vayu, Yama, Agni, Varuna the Moon, Prajapati and the great-grandsire; salutations, salutations unto You, a thousand times! Hail unto You again and yet again! salutations, salutations unto You!
Purport
As Vedas describe about Supreme personality
तदेवा अग्नि तद् आदित्य तद् वायुः तद् तु चन्द्रमाः
तदेव शुक्रं तद् ब्रम्ह ताऽआपः स प्रजापतिः ||
Agni is That, Aditya is That, Vayu is That, Chandramas is That, the bright One is That, Brahman is That, Waters are That, Prajapati is That.

Arjuna witnesses all the deities inside the Universal form of Shri Krishna with his bare eyes. Knowing that Shri Krishna alone manifest into all deities, He alone is the entire universe, Arjuna bows down to Shri Krishna again and again and again
This Shloka further confirms Bhagwan Vishnu(or Bhagwan Krishna) is the God described in Vedas with word "Purusha" and other names
