Translation
O Supreme Lord, I long to actually see Your Sovereign form, exactly as You Yourself have described it, O Supreme-person(3).If you consider, O Lord, that I am capable, then reveal Yourself completely to me, O Lord of Yoga in that imperishable form(4)
Purport
Bhagwan Shri Krishna in the last chapter revealed chapter how this whole universe is manifested from the potency of Bhagavan Shri Krishna and the whole universe is created, sustained and then dissolves by him alone. There nothing exists beyond Him(Shri Krishna) and his potency. Shri Krishna also described some of the prominent forms (Vibhuti).
Arjuna heard and understood it as absolute truth. But he was still not able to comprehend how Shri Krishna exists in multiple forms at the same time. How he creates this whole universe yet is detached with it. He also could not comprehend how the supreme Lord who is beyond the bounds of material rules and three Gunas is able to enter this cosmic world in some material form. He wanted to see that all by his own eyes and also the real complete form of Bhagavan Shri Krishna.
With this desired Arjuna requested Shri Krishna to reveal His real complete form in above shlokas.
