आश्चर्यवत्पश्यति कश्चिदेन-माश्चर्यवद्वदति तथैव चान्यः ।
आश्चर्यवच्चैनमन्यः श्रृणोति श्रुत्वाप्येनं वेद न चैव कश्चित् ॥
Transliteration
ascarya-vat pasyati kascid enam ascarya-vad vadati tathaiva canyah
ascarya-vac cainam anyah srnoti srutvapy enam veda na caiva kascit
Translation
Some look at the soul as amazing, some describe him as amazing, and some hear of him as amazing, while others, even after hearing about him, cannot understand him at all.
Purport
In the final shloka related with soul and life, Bhagvan Shri Krishna concluded to Arjuna that the soul which dwells in body of living beings is eternal and cannot be slain by any means. Thinking that somebody ends with death is wrong. Nobody ends. Everybody exists in one form or other always. There is no end of life.
Therefore one should not grieving for living beings.
