Translation
O Arjuna! Yield not to this dbasing impotence. It does not suits you. Give up such petty timidness and stand up and do your duty, O Subjugator of the Opponent.
Purport
Seeing Arjuna refusing to fight in the mid of the war field, Bhagvan Shri Krishna tries to tell him that such act is indeed undesirable in the mid of the war field. Such timid and coward actions is indeed a reason to cause fallback for ignoring his duties.
