दूरेण ह्यवरं कर्म बुद्धियोगाद्धनंजय ।
बुद्धौ शरणमन्विच्छ कृपणाः फलहेतवः ॥

Transliteration

durena hy avaram karma buddhi-yogad dhananjaya
buddhau saranam anviccha krpanah phala-hetavah

Translation

Dhananjaya, rid yourself of all fruitive activities by devotional service, and surrender fully to that consciousness. Those who want to enjoy the fruits of their work are misers.

Purport

This is shloka is the perfect explanation of Budhi Yoga.

In earlier shloka Bhagvan Shri Krishna explained Arjuna how to perform actions? A human should leave the attachment with the fruits of actions and be equipoise in both gain and loss.
But leaving the attachment is much difficult than said. Question remains how to renounce the attachment with the fruits?

In this Shloka Bhagvan Shri Krishna explains the secret of the same. Bhagvan said when a person engages his intelligence ( buddhi) into the devotional services of Bhagvan Shri Krishna, his attachment with the material world automatically reduces. Engaging the intelligence into Bhagvan Shri Krishna is what called as Buddhi
