विषया विनिवर्तन्ते निराहारस्य देहिनः ।
रसवर्जं रसोऽप्यस्य परं दृष्टवा निवर्तते ॥

Transliteration

visaya vinivartante niraharasya dehinah
rasa-varjam raso 'py asya param drstva nivartate

Translation

The embodied soul may be restricted from sense enjoyment, though the taste for sense objects remains. But, ceasing such engagements by experiencing a higher taste, he is fixed in consciousness.

Characteristics of enlightened person

Bhagvan Shri Krishna defining further the characteristics of a truely enlightened person tells a very important characteristics.
There are many people who by some means able to control their senses from sense objects, but they keep thinking about worldly things in their mind. But a enlightened person renounce even the thoughts of the worldly objects and are situated into the supreme bliss of Bhavan Shri Krishna.
