Translation
The senses are so strong and impetuous, O Arjuna, that they forcibly carry away the mind even of a man of discrimination who is endeavoring to control them.
One who restrains his senses and fixes his consciousness upon Me, is known as a man of steady intelligence.

Starting from this shlokas, Bhagvan Shri Krishna explains about the self control using Buddhi Yoga. In the shloka#60 Bhagvan explains that the impulse of senses is very strong and can carry away the mind of person. Under the effect of senses mind is forced to make wrong decisions and the whole understanding of the human changes, which becomes the reason of downfall of human. Bhagvan Shri Krishna further suggests that a human should concentrate on Me(Bhagvan Shri Krishna) to have control over the senses. This is the essence of Buddhi Yoga, that is that to concentrate the mind and intelligence on Bhagvan Shri Krishna.
A person who is able to do that is a true enlightened one.
