Transliteration

istan bhogan hi vo deva dasyante yajna-bhavitah

Translation

After being satisfied by the Yajna(religious sacrifice) the Devatas(demigods) will give you all necessities to perform your duties. One who enjoys these without passing unto service of others is a thief.

Purport

In earlier shloka, Bhagvan Shri Krishna explained that this whole universe, deities, and humans are but created by the process of Yajna. Deities are like the guardian. Human worships them and deities provide them with all physical needs. This way the existence of humans and deities is arranged.

In this Shloka Bhagvan Shri Krishna declares that the earth and its resources are provided by deities and belongs to all. Humans must share their resources honestly. Not doing the same is nothing less than theft.
