Translation

A self-realized man has no purpose to fulfill in the discharge of his prescribed duties, nor has he any reason not to perform such work. Nor has he any need to depend on any other living being.

Purport

In this shloka, Bhagvan Shri Krishna continues explaining the divine state of self-realization. Such a person who is self-realized is free of all duties. He further does not need to have any dependency over any living being. He attains the state of freedom.
The reason for the above is that all processes of Yoga, karma, Jnana, and worship are actually meant to achieve self-realization. Once human realizes the self he realizes the Bramhan and hence achieves the supreme state. Therefore once a human realizes himself, he is left with nothing else to be done by him.
