Transliteration
saktah karmany avidvamso yatha kurvanti bharata
kuryad vidvams tathasaktas cikirsur loka-sangraham
Translation
As the ignorant perform their duties with attachment to results, similarly the learned may also act, but without attachment, for the sake of leading people on the right path
Purport
In this Shloka Bhagvan Shri Krishna explaining the way, a wise person should perform duty.
Bhagvan says, that when a person working for his personal benefit work with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. On the other hand, many who work for the welfare of others does not show the same enthusiasm.
This should be reversed. Wise people who are working for the welfare of others should perform his duty without being attached to any desires of fruits of actions and with enthusiasm and energy as if he is working for his own benefit.
