Translation

The senses, the mind and the intelligence are the sitting places of this lust, which veils the real knowledge of the living entity and bewilders him.

Purport

Many times lust is very easy to acquire. An innocent person who just by living in an environment that is high in Rajas Guna, like vulgar, violent, materialistic, etc may acquire lust in himself. But the same lust once enters into Human nature is extremely difficult to leave. The reason for this is that lust attacks multiple centers in humans. It affects the main entities of human nature, the Senses, Mind, and Intelligence. In Above Shloka Bhagvan Shri Krishna explains the same fact.

Since senses, mind, and intellect are the three major centers of human action and decision making, once they effected by lust, the actions is also affected. Under the influence of lust, the mind and intellect of humans are inclined only to fulfill the desires at any cost, and it is very easy for such a person to indulge in wrong acts.
