Translation

The Blessed Lord said: I first revealed this imperishable Yoga to Vivasvan; Vivasvan taught it to Manu; Manu declared it to Ikshvaku. This supreme science(Yoga) was thus received through the chain of disciplic succession, and the saintly kings understood it in that way. But in course of time the succession was broken, and therefore the science as it is appears to be lost.

Purport

These two Shloka Bhagvan Shri Krishna declares the origin of Yoga. Bhagvan Said, that he revealed this divine knowledge of Yoga to the ancient deity. Vivasana(The sun deity), Vivasana revealed the same to his son, Manu, Manu, in turn, taught this Yoga to his son, Kind Ishwaku. The Yoga was then been transferred from one generation to others by pious sages.

This is to inform you that the Ishwaku dynasty is the same dynasty in which Bhagvan Ram incarnated.
