Transliteration
śraddhāvāllabhate jñānaṃ tatparaḥ saṃyatendriyaḥ |
jñānaṃ labdhvā parāṃ śāntim acireṇādhigacchati || 39 ||
Translation
One who has faith [in me], who is receptive [towards knowledge], and who has controlled the senses, attains enlightenment. Having attained enlightenment, he obtains Supreme Peace.
Purport
In the last Shloka Bhavan Shri Krishna explained the general process of achieving knowledge by mentioning one who practices Yoga attains knowledge over the due period of time.
In this Shloka Bhagvan Shri Krishna explains the details factors which lead human to achieve the enlightenment quickly.
Bhagvan Shri Krishna puts out the following factors to achieve enlightenment
1. Undivided faith in God (ie. Shri Krishna)
2. The eagerness to learn and
3. Control over senses.
Those people who possess the above qualities achieve transcendental knowledge. After achieving the state of enlightenment such a person achieves the supreme bliss of Bhagvan Shri Krishna.
