Purport

In the last Shlokas 4 shlokas, Bhagwan Shri Krishna explained the eternal joy of self-realization through the practice of Karma Yoga. In last Shloka Bhagwan Shri Krishna also gave direction on how to have permanent happiness even in the material world for those who are looking for worldly happiness.

This Shloka onward till Shloka#26 Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains different ways of Karma Yoga to attain the liberation. In shloka #27,28 Bhagwan Shri Krishna gives the introduction of Dhyan Yoga(Raj Yoga) to attain the enlightenment and then in last Shloka of this chapter Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains the final truth of all self-realization.

In this Shloka Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains about concentrating inward and try to attain the blissful state of the soul, which has been described in earlier Shlokas. As we know our conscious exists in many layers, which are termed as koshas as Annamaya kosha(Physical body), Pranamaya kosha (mind), Vijanamaya kosha (inner senses), Anandamaya kosha (absolute consciousness). With the practice of Yoga and with strong devotion a human can illuminate the inner shell of consciousness where lies the absolute bliss. That state is the state of Bramhan. Once a human attains that state he can witness God and attains Supreme.
