Translation

The stage of perfection is called trance, or samādhi, when one's mind is completely restrained from material mental activities by practice of yoga. This is characterized by one's ability to see the self by the pure mind and to relish and rejoice in the self. In that joyous state, one is situated in boundless transcendental happiness and enjoys himself through transcendental senses. Established thus, one never departs from the truth, and upon gaining this he thinks there is no greater gain. Being situated in such a position, one is never shaken, even in the midst of greatest difficulty. This indeed is actual freedom from all miseries arising from material contact.

What described above 4 Shlokas is the most secret knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga, the final state of the state of trance, which in Ashtanga Yoga is called Samadhi. This is is the state where humans have para and superhuman experience. These 4 Shlokas, in short, described them. The most important among them is the ability to reach his own self. Once humans able to reach himself, means able to realize his own soul, he can then see God. These shlokas further describe that humans experience an enormous amount of happiness which is superior to the best of physical happiness. In this state, one can get so much joy and peace that he never wants to come out of it.

Bhagvan Shri Krishna describes, that this state of Samadhi is the real achievement of freedom for the soul.
