Thus devoting oneself to the Yoga of the Self-realisation, freed from mental impurities, the Yogi easily attains the supreme bliss of union with the Brahman.

After describing the supreme sate of Ashtanga yoga, the samadhi, its characteristics, and the method to practice it, Bhagvan Shri Krishna concludes here. After practicing Ashtanga yoga with the prescribed method, dedication and with constant devotion, yogi thus attains the state of Samadhi which is nothing but the unification with the Parmatma and state of eternal bliss.
