Translation

One who regards with equality, well-wishers, friends, foes, the indifferent, neutrals, the hateful, relatives, and even the righteous and the unrighteous — is special among yogis.

Purport

In the last chapter( Ch5: Sh18) Bhagvan Shri Krishna has explained how a human who treats both animal and human with equal vision is indeed wise. But a wise man may still lose the equal vision against the one who opposes him or hates him.

In this Shlokas Bhagvan Shri Krishna further explained the characteristics of that man who treats even his opponent with equal vision. Such a person is rare even among yogis. To achieve such a state where is human starts treating his friends and enemies, righteous and unrighteous with equality is required highest of spiritual powers. Such yogi is best among yogis.
