Those who are versed in the three Vedas, being purified from sin by drinking the Soma juice, pray for the way to heaven and worship Me by Yajna. Reaching the holy realm of the King Indra(the king of deties), they enjoy in heaven the celestial pleasures of the devas(deities).

Purport

In earlier Shlokas, Bhagvan Shri Krishna defined how humans of different natures and understanding comprehend Shri Krishna God in different ways. Some comprehend the universal form of Shri Krishna. Some others who are inclined towards devotion take revere different attributes of Shri Krishna.

Since humans comprehend God in different ways and hence obviously they choose different methods to revere or worship God. This Shloka and onward in many shlokas, those different methods are explained.

For those who are inclined towards the path of knowledge follow Vedas, Yajna is the preferred way to achieve God. As we all know a large part of Vedas is consists of Yajna mantras. These mantras are chanted in Yajna to invoked Indra, Varuna, and other deities. Yajna is one of the main methods for a human to purify themselves. Those who practice Vedas and Yajna with sincerity go to the divine lands of deities in Deva Loka, which in other words called Svarga or heaven in English.

Those who go to deva Loka have an elevated life without sorrow and suffering.
