samo’haṃ sarva-bhūteṣu na me dveṣyo’sti na priyaḥ |
ye bhajanti tu māṃ bhaktyā mayi te teṣu cāpyaham || 29 ||

Translation

I regards all living beings with equality. To me, nobody is hateful or dear, but those who worship Me with devotion abide in Me and I in them.

Purport

Not only human but every living being is equal to God. Bhagvan Shri Krishna declares this in very clear terms that He the supreme personality of Godhead, the creator of the whole universe and living being treats all living beings with equality. To him, no living being is dear or hate, favorable or unfavorable.

These are some of the profound words of Shrimad Bhagvad Gita and hence Sanatan Dharma which establishes the truth of God and his divine nature straight away.

This principle can be extended to include the conclusion that no matter what human, what living being, he has equal rights to living in all conditions. No matter if a human belief in God or not. But yes, Shri Krishna made one distinction that a devotee who has constant devotion in him abide in Shri Krishna and vice versa, As a child has the right to ask anything to his mother(or father) in the same way a devotee has the same rights to God. And God is bound to respond to that devotee.
