Translation

In earlier Shlokas Bhagvan Shri Krishna described how whole Universe is created from his own un-manifest potency and all living beings are sustained by his own self.

Purport

In this way, the whole universe and living beings come into and exist due to the actions done by Bhagvan Shri Krishna.

By natural physical laws, the doer of the action is direction bounded with the action, but Shri Krishna though is the creator and sustainer of the whole universe remains unbounded from all actions.

This phenomenon describes yet another important concept of Sanatan Dharma, which is called Nishkam Karma. This nishkam Karma is what liberates human beings. This Nishkam Karma is what called Karma yoga.

This nature of Karma by Bhagvan Shri krishna has been described at many places in Shrimad Bhagvad Gita, such as:
Ch3.Sh22
na me parthasti kartavyam trisu lokesu kincana
nanavaptam avaptavyam varta eva ca karmani

O Son of Partha! In these three worlds, there is nothing for me to do. Yet, I engage myself in action and always do actions that are to be done.
